Minimalist design for warehouse vibe
Inverse designed pared-down architectural lighting for Beam, the top, warehouse-style dance club in Bangkok’s hip Thonglor district. Close collaboration ensured synergy between the architectural lighting design and the dance club visuals.
For example, in the club’s main room for around 700 dancers, the full warehouse experience comes with dynamic visuals, 3D-mapped illusions and Asia’s first body kinetic dance floor.
Inverse put spotlights above the 6m-high, steel mesh-covered ceiling to create dramatic patterns of light and shadow on the concrete walls, which are vertically separated by lit shadow-gaps.
